Lead agency and strategic partnership

After twelve years of successful partnership with ÖAMTC, 123Consulting succeeds in winning the entire online annual budget for 2021 in an agency partnership. The comprehensive digital strategy and the high-performance overall concept in the most important online channels are central to the further expansion of strategic and operational online support. As the lead agency, 123Consulting is responsible for the entire development of ÖAMTC’s digital marketing strategy and will significantly push ahead in this context in the future.

Project description

 

In the past the focus has been on building up and strengthening in-house competence within ÖAMTC in the area of social media and co. By providing constant support in search engine optimisation as well as for the relaunch of the national ÖAMTC’s website, 123Consulting succeeded in establishing a solid basis in the field. Through the extensive optimisation of the digital advertising presence using Google Ads, RTB/Display, YouTube, special formats etc., key learnings in conversion and sales growth become the aim and to be achieved in the best possible way.

Thanks to the strategic focus of both partners for the planned multi-channel orchestration, 2021 is the year of “the next level” for this collaboration. Here, the extensive know-how in digitisation and transformation as well as the operational rollout of the Google Marketing Platform work closely together. The increased efficiency of the commitment towards ÖAMTC in terms of marketing, content and service is at a high level with a total of 25 main campaigns and guarantees permanent further development in the campaign world. The huge step towards sustainable digitisation of the mobility club has started successfully.

The central entry point in the digital world at the end of 2019 was understood as the first point of reference for data generation.
